Hi, I'm Miles Cluff. I'm a 24 year old birder from Nottingham, who occasionally takes a few photos along the way. I've been birding for a good sixteen years now, quite frankly, I can't remember what it was like before I started! My currently work-life consists of working for BirdGuides, as well as ornithological field survey work on the side.
In January 2025, I treated myself to a Canon EOS R7 and a Canon RF 100-500mm lens, and I've never looked back. While there are certainly far better set-ups out there, I've found that it's been such a great compromise between birding and photography, and I've been overjoyed by the results I've gotten so far. It must be one of the best value for money set-ups you can buy. All images on the website are taken with the aforementioned equipment.
